Have you ever wondered how a company got to be so big? I can assure you it doesn’t happen by accident. And it takes people to ultimately make sure that kind of scale happens. And that’s what this show is all about. Welcome to Scale Tales.

To be clear, when I say scale, I’m not talking about the scales of a fish, nor am I talking about scaling a mountain. No, this is about scaling a business, in particular a startup or existing small business. Because think about it, every large enterprise somehow started as an idea that sprouted into a small business and took off from there. And when we talk about Tales, this isn’t like a wagging dog’s tail. These are tales stories that other founders, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and subject matter experts will share about those magical moments when they scaled an entire business or perhaps a product or service line within a business scale.

Tales is all about delivering a business education to you through stories from relatable people around the world. We may have the occasional celebrity CEO come through on the show, but to be clear, this storytelling show is designed with you in mind, the person seeking to do something extraordinary or achieve a transformational breakthrough in the business you own or the business you work for. At the end of each episode, you can expect to hear a recap of lessons learned and specific resources our guests recommend. Our goal is for you to not just be inspired by the words you hear, but to be equipped to take action. And as for me, who am I?

Well, I’m Alicia Butler Pierre. I’m the creator and producer of this show, and I’m the founder of a company called Equilibria, Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, in the southeastern part of the U.S. our team at Equilibria is excited to bring you this new show and we look forward to learning together.
